Corporate Profile

PDE Provider is the result of an entrepreneurial project and a childhood dream of Alan Fata. Alan initially started his career in banking in the United States, then moved to Bahrain, Lebanon, and the United Arab Emirates consecutively, counting more than 13 years of banking experience. He holds three degrees: a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and a minor in Business Administration from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Scranton in Pennsylvania, and a Doctorate in Business Administration from the Jean Moulin University, Lyon III in France.

Alan brings ample amount of experience in corporate governance, investor relations, court order compliance, portfolio management, financial analysis, credit analysis, and organizational development. PDE Provider is established having the stakeholders’ satisfaction and happiness its main objective, hence the mission statement below.

PDEprovider.com is the digital platform of PDE Provider. It provides professional development and continuing education for Project Management Professionals, Certified Management Accountants, and for other individuals interested in enhancing their knowledge and career.

The company aims to maintain and enhance stakeholders’ satisfaction and happiness, proper corporate governance, and corporate social responsibility.

The company strives to utilize the latest online technology to ease the access to its courses, which are directed and controlled by highly educated professionals, led by Dr. Alan Fata.

Alan C. Fata, DBA
Founder & Managing Director
16+ years of professional banking experience earned in the United States, United Arab Emirates, Bahrain, and Lebanon.

A highly educated person, holding a Doctorate degree in Business Administration, with an entrepreneurial mindset who always seeks innovation, development, and education.

Dr. Fata is the founder of PDE Provider, and is a strong believer in that Education is a solution for all problems.

Dr. Fata speaks three languages: English, French, and Arabic.
Mr. Ashraf Abdul-Baqi, PMP
AGM - Project Management
15+ years of comprehensive experience in different facets of Project Management and Client Representation, gained in global and well diverse communities in the USA, Middle East, Africa, and India.

A passionate leader with a proven track record enhancing and promoting winning teams and driving projects to outperformed targets.

Mr. Abdul-Baqi is a highly educated project manager. He has successfully passed the Project Management Professional (PMP)® exam.

Mr. Abdul-Baqi is fluent in English and Arabic.
Ms. Maya Neaimeh
AGM - Operations
10+ years of professional banking experience, earned in banking operations.

Mrs. Neimeh manages all sorts of operations, such as banking, credit cards, payments, legal, to name a few.
Ms. Cindy Fata
AGM - Finance & Marketing
4+ years of professional banking experience, earned in banking operations and compliance.

Ms. Fata manages the financial, accounting, and marketing activities of PDE provider.
