Learning Objectives

By the end of this course, learners will be able to:
  1. Understand advanced regression concepts and the assumptions underlying regression models.
  2. Develop and interpret multiple regression models involving several independent variables.
  3. Evaluate model fit using R², adjusted R², significance tests, and other statistical measures.
  4. Identify and address common regression problems, including multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and influential observations.
  5. Interpret regression coefficients, interaction effects, and categorical variables accurately.
  6. Conduct and interpret regression diagnostics to assess the reliability and validity of a model.
